10-Minute Naan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 naan bread pieces
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded/sliced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese *optional
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 425F.

    2. Add sauce and cheese: Spread pizza sauce evenly over

    naan bread. Then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese

    and parmesan cheese if you have on hand.

    3. Bake pizzas: Bake on the oven rack for

    8-10 minutes – the crust and cheese should be golden brown.

    4. Slice and serve: Slice and serve with fresh basil, parmesan cheese,

    dried oregano, and red pepper flakes for heat if desired.

  • Epicurious not only offers fun recipes, but they dive in deep to food history, culture, and current trends, making for an interesting website to both learn and cook.


  • Non-Recipe Websites

  • Valfre has images with curved borders and outlines, which I want to use on my website because I find that it organizes the photographic content in a nice way. I also like how there are large images that stretch across the page; I think that could be beneficial for when I use multiple images of my ingredients.
  • Wildflower Cases is a strong example of a website with cohesive color themes. I will impliment this in my recipe website by sticking to a color palette.
  • Chamberlain Coffee uses type and image to create an interactive display of products. I like how there are illustrations on the website that make it playful and childlike.
